How could piracy be worse than burglary?
Piracy is stealing property of copyright holder, and selling it. That doesn't seem worse than burglary. Burglary is completely taking property!
Copyright infringement is a MODERATE crime!
Reasonable fine $10,000 and reasonable prison time two years!
But not minor.
